Naan Pizza

I made naan pizza for dinner on Friday night and it was a big hit with the family!  I used prepackaged naan that I purchased from the grocery store, and added my favorite ingredients.  Super easy and so, so good!  

To make the variety I have pictured here, just add chopped tomatoes and slices of fresh mozzarella, and top with fresh arugula.  Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch each of garlic powder, ground sea salt, ground black pepper, dried basil, and dried parsley.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese has melted.  You can bake it on a pizza stone, a cookie sheet, or even right on the oven rack (add a tray underneath to catch any drips.)
